I travel for work, and I love having family come down and spend time with me on weekends. With that being said, I am really picky on the hotel I choose for my wife and kids. I am big on communication and customer service, and they definitely had no issues with that. I called the front desk before booking. The lady was really honest and patient answering my questions and letting me know all places around to take kids. In person, she was even better. Kids enjoy the pool, and the double queen was really spacious. The only thing I can honestly think they need to upgrade is the breakfast it was good, but they definitely need a little bit more to choose form.
What can I say is that I loved it here only thing that did suck was the internet. My son is home schooled and we couldn't ever use his laptop for school. Room where so clean. The location is perfect u can walk to a restaurant, the breakfast was really good I do recommend staying here and for sure we will be to if we come back. The room was after we left in the pictures but was showing was very spacious
Did intend to have to get a room. However very nice location and new building. Staff was friendly room was very clear and Dove products are provided. Urban design and close to freeway and restaurants
We were stuck in the hotel with this winter storm but Sean processed another night easily so we were able to travel home safely :) hot tub was awesome, clean housekeeping, good breakfast and all the staff is so sweet and caring, thank yall!
Robbie and mevla were absolutely amazing! We loved our stay, we are night owls so we dealt with them the most. The rooms were perfect and staff was just superb. We will 100% be staying again. It’s in the perfect location in regards to being close to great food places and a highway to Austin. Thank you comfort suites!!!!
The front desk was amazing, he was so kind and thoughtful. The hotel is amazingly clean and comfortable. The rooms were way bigger than we anticipated for a hotel. There is eating establishment near by and very accessible. The breakfast was really good, they did such a great job in the care and love into everything at that hotel.
This place is great! Hot tub, fitness center, breakfast, customer service...it was all great. It's right across the street from an HEB, which is nice too. Also, they did their best in dealing with the two-day ice storm. Thanks for everything!
Very nice place to stay. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Besides the smell of cigarettes in the bathroom vents(I was offered another room) and the bathroom light fixtures need cleaning, I would most definitely be staying here again. The front desk staff were all wonderful. Coffee could have been stronger but was nice n hot! Hot Tub was a solid 98°. Jets need to be cleaned, and a small pool was heated. Restaurants and HEB in walking distance
